Only TF has the ability to read other people's PMs, and he only does it for very good reasons and not very often.

No, it's more likely it would become known because of people passing it around.

The only time I would ever complain about a moderator action is in a PM to the moderator who made said action, or to a supermod/admin when appealing it. That's the only 'safe' way to do it.

OK heres a question: Why is it tht the mod tags will parse for non-staff (at least in preview)? Isnt there a way to limit it?
