No, you can subscribe through the 'Thread Tools' drop down menu in the top right.

Unless the moderators specifically tell you to stop reporting them, I'd say it's fine.

The problem with that is, that it's not against the rules. You can't say if it's intentional or if that's just how the user posts.

Suppose that is a thread about one politican insulting another with a bad word or something or that simply omitting the word wouldnt work. Would it be permitted, for example, "the bad word that rhymes with punt"?

Suppose you use bold-font in the same color as a mod action, but you do not add the words Moderator Action anywhere. Can you get in trouble for that? I'd try it but I don't want to risk.

Clearly, impersonating a mod is against the rules, using bold and colour is not.
