I did not know of that education minister at all. Never heard of him speak either. From a google search he looks quite mentally challenged though :/

Like i said, i don't know him, but given the two images posted which show him being made fun of as being far above any position he can handle, i trust this was along the same lines despite not following from his actual bodily expressions

I don't think he is an idiot in a "He is really dumb" way, more in a "He thinks he can make everyones education like his was despite A) most of the methods he was taught with being so outdated it is laughable B) Not realising that his upbringing was very privileged and completely out of touch with what it is like to be in education for a normal person" sort of way.

Yes the education system needs to move on, but forward not backwards.
