Funny Screenshots: Part Deux

Apologies. I use 'He' as a generic term for anyone on the internet. And a sig proves nothing... anything can be written there, and there is no way to tell whether it is true or false. ;)

This was a delightful game, I ended up fighting on every front, overran Germany, the Ottomans, had the Americans invade Siberia, l couldn't stop their advance so I had to nuke them.

Can you show us that insane spagetti bowl?

Pacal's army is really a long way from home, what did you do to get him so peed off?

Do you exclusively play those flat maps? (Great plains, highlands etc.) Just curious, it seems in most of your screenshots it's one of those mapscripts. I find them horrible myself.

Also I'm trying to figure out what 16/16 for 8+ could mean but I've not got a clue.
Pacal was actually Pleased with me there... it was just an unfortunate draw of luck (it could also possibly be because everyone else was the same religion as him, so he was even MORE pleased with them XD). Plus, Pacal early rushes, apparently.

16/16 for 8+ is part of me starting out trying to figure out how much food I need.
16 food in BFC for 16 food required to get population of 8 capped by health. I wasn't counting excess either I think.
I've dropped this idea and gone for something very similar to the scoring system, but the whole '1 farm per -1 points' thing is short-sighted, so I plan for what I'll need with Biology farms.

No, I don't exclusively play flat maps... I'm just running through the list.
Or was... I started over... this new worker/food thing somehow makes the OCD side of myself want to.

And Kullervo, you nubcake, pay more attention please.
And on another note, Zara (also Pleased) declared war simultaneously with Pacal (no vassalage or anything... they just independently did a double-declar on me).

I think it's more likely that whoever declared first bribed the other into the war. They still declare on the same game turn, but it's unlikely they were each independently planning to DoW you.

I started up a game... (This is a collection of non-released stuff by me that I have in custom assets, so any weird things you see other than the funny thing in the picture is part of the mod)

1: My first event that game. Look at the date.
2: Wow! 2 in a row on the same plot! I am so lucky!
3: A few turns later. Look at the text at the top of the screen.
Spoiler :
4 in one game in one city! I am so lucky! Too bad I didn't have a granary yet.

4: You can't see it, but the amount I lost was equal to one I gained.

More pathfinding atrocities. I was able to get there in that turn, by the way.

Also, no pic, but I had just captured Gordium from the Persians with my SOD, and left 1 longbowman to defend while I went to take another city. The following turn, Persia sent 3 CATAPULTS at me to try to take the city back. They obviously failed.

1:
"Hello, Darius I! Glad to meet you. I will put you in charge of my overseas colonies."
"Okay, Darius I! I will do that!

2: Montezuma, Huayna, and Pacal were on the same continent. Mao was alone on a continent, and me, Isabella and Victoria were stuck on a tiny little continent. In the vote before this one, I was up against my own colony, Washington. Then Pacal and Huayna became Christian and I won. But the map generator (a slightly rockier version of Perfectworld2) placed all the civs near who they were meant to be near! Me and Mao were only about 6 ocean tiles away, Mao and the NAmericans were about 8 ocean tiles away, and me and the NAmericans were about 7-8 ocean tiles away.

@shulec - Of all the leaders not to be furious with you . . . it's Isabella?! :crazyeye: This must be a random personalities game.

I love how you put Darius in charge of your Overseas colonies, and he called you an "Upstart Nation"
