You bet, alternate history for the win!
Rise of Mankind, (RoM) with the custom Earth map included in it. In this version, the Inca aren't completely blocked by the Andes mountain range, so they can take over South America before the old world powers can.
I plan to build up a larger force in Madrid and assault Paris and maybe Rome. God know how many units they have swarming their capitals though. Louis is very mad about my takeover of Spain, so it's time to take out the pig-proportioned-man.

Great mod, with lots of choices that doesn't break immersion. The only issue I have with the mod is the guilds. They're extremely difficult to build ( if you can build them at all) and the 'pedia doesn't really explain the "how" of it. Other than that, I enjoy the mod.
Another mod great fo the Inca in SA is RI mod. There's a gap in the mountains towards the south as well. Combine that with your sailing, clear out the minor tribes, and SA is yours. Big surprise for the Old World powers, as I just finished settling into the Carrib as well.

LOL, I didn't mean to offend. Do you have a trouble shooting thread? or perhaps a Q/A thread? Because I can't seem to find the answer ( and there were a couple of other confused peeps like me) in any related topic.
Should be relatively easy for the guilds. have the right tech, be in Guild civic, have the appropriate GP for the guild. Problem is, I can't even build the Master Servants guild to even start any other guild.
Don't get me wrong, the mod is one of my favorites, but it's just a wee bit frustrating when you can't find the answer to your questions.
