Chiyu's Extra mod got a lot of those. Not sure about NZ, but it has a number of pretty exotic ones (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Polynesia, Poland, Songhai, etc.).

A lot of them look stolen from Civ Gold. Or perhaps Civ Gold stole them from that Mod.
