If anyone knows of a good worker AI (dll or python) please share. Its so painful to see them tear up a village for a farm with one worker and another worker building cottage on a farm

Someone in the BetterAI project found the cause of this bug and patched it. Any mod integrating BetterAI (or maybe just the unofficial patch, not sure) would do the trick.
And it's dll, not python.

AFAIK with better AI (I have it because I play with BULL) workers no longer do such things on same tile, but they can do this on different tiles of same BFC.

You can make workers leave tiles that are already improved in the options panel.

No. Not in unmodded BTS.

I can't cite one, but I would think it wouldn't be tough to get a GG earlier.

its not that the GG came early. Its that an Unnamed GG came early. The unnamed usually (but not always if its a mod) come after all the uniquename listed ones, which is around 20 iirc. cough cough 40 I mean.
