Gath Stm major local mp bugs

Well keeping it simple for now. More bugs that any Civ game/release ever, however still a great game and a great release. 1) Within the last few weeks when playing local mp, the tech tree and civ tree ARE NOT available, at all, ever, with any of my friend players or me, through resets, restarts, reloads, reboots, it doe not work, at all. Major bummer!. 2) Under the same conditions, the exit to main menu does NOT work, nor does the exit game. I have to alt tab to windows and kill the game via prog manager. There was a patch today and I assumed they would address these major issues, but nope. Please address as it is very inconvenient!
