We should switch over to infantry only. The first 3 turns were a massacre for the cavalry, though we managed to get St. Petersburg. 6 Cavalry and an entire Cavalry army died attacking Moscow, and not a single defender died. After that turn, I surrendered to Russia, though I have something up my sleeve that the next player should follow.
Turn 0. Before playing my turns, I put an Embassy in Japan and Told them to attack Rome. They did so for Furs, Wines and Dyes. They would not attack Russia unless we gave them tech, which I said NO to.
Turn 1. Russian Cossacks take Ellipi, defended with Riflemen. Our Scientists made the Atomic Theory, and went on to build Electronics. Our wish came true, and the Japanese attacked Russia for free, maybe just to get some cities. Our forces captured St. petersburg with only one Cavalry regiment lost. St. Petersburg was then heavily fortified. Our Cavalry then Captured Odessa.
Turn 2. Berlin grants Universal Suffrage, and the Women don't seem to stop rebelling though

. 2 Cavalry attack Moscow, and retreat. Another 2 attack and are destroyed, and the Army attacks. It is lost, with only one damage on the riflemen

.
Ellipi is liberated by a rifleman, who kills the stupid Cossacks.
Turn 3. Ellipi once again captured by Russia, we gave up on that crappy city anyway. St. Petersburg Resistance ends, we rush a library.
4. Our galleons are being pummeled by thr Russian Navy, we need more Ironclads! 3 More cavalry are killed attacking Moscow. Wearied by the War, Chancellor Hammers surrenders to the Inferior Russians, though with a Right of Passage. He has a trick up his sleeve... St. Petersburg Rushes a Courthouse. St. Petersburg has a culture expansion, and is unlikely to flip because there is an enormous military presence
5. People Celebrating about the end of the war with Russia, though Rome is still at war. Temples in New Germany Rushed.
6. Nada.
7. Russia Kills Babylon

New army finished, though unfilled. 4 galleons arrive near Koenigsberg, and are filled by infantry, cavalry, artillery, and the unloaded army. A nearby city rushes a ironclad to escort.
8. St. Petersburg builds a temple, as well as other cities.
9. Electronics discovered, now researching the Corporation. Dussledorf building the Hoover Dam.
10. Romans offer peace, we accept for a ROP. Theory of Evolution completed, we get the COpration, and Steel. We are now researching Refining. The FOur galleons unload near moscow.
-IMPORTANT- Keep all the units that are in ST. Peters there, we don't want a culture flip. Put the unloaded units by Moscow on a mountain, and attack when the ROP is finished. I did some good setting up for the next player, use the forces near Moscow and in St. Petersburg wisely. The stack near Moscow contains an unloaded army, I suggest it be filled with infantry.
Remember, we have ROP's with ROme and Russia now, so we can send some galleons to Rome as well
Why is our navy so SMALL!! I build a few ironclads. I guess I am only one to value a good big navy. Our galleons were being pummeled in the first three turns.
