Gifting Games, Freebies, and Sales I

Note that Epic Games apparently now requires two-factor authentication when claiming free games. I think you can just do it via email though.
 
It seems that I already own it on Steam. I don't remember buying it, so it must have been during a sale or something.
 
That would make sense. Then again, I've bought literally hundreds of games on sale over the years, so it would be impossible to remember them all.
 
Thanks to Humble Bundle (and getting a lot of surveys recently), I have a spare Steam key for Cities: Skylines + Green Cities/Industries/European Suburbia. Post if interested. :)
