New update:
- building Hamlets requires food on the tile
- 600 AD Korea starts with Ethics instead of Scholarship
- fixed Chinese UP (erroneously increased by 20% every time a game was saved and loaded)
- displayed Chinese UP in the city screen
 
New Varietas Delectat update:
- switched English Dragoon and Cavalry art
- fixed Amerindian great spy art

As usual, the most up to date VD will be rolled out with the next release.
