Merged a pull request with minor XML fixes.
New updates:
- fixed Iranian UP display
- updated civilopedia stability guide (credit to sercer88)
- automated save conversion after changes*
This replaces the old ConvertSave script that had to be manually applied. After starting out with no clue of how to solve that problem automatically, I started with a very complex solution and gradually scaled it down until I found the right one liner. Oh programming.

New update: turned ability to ignore desert movement penalties into a promotion (starting promotion for War Chariot, Numidian Cavalry, Camel Archer, Camel Gunner). Hill movement penalties still apply regardless of the promotion.
