- excluded Anatolia from AI flip
- slight tech speed decrease
- enabled Parthian barbarians again
- more Greek conquerors if both civs are AI controlled

- increased maintenance modifiers (civics and cities)
- reduced unit production modifier

- removed BUG Sevopedia (only one supported pedia now)

- Judaism can now be founded by discovering Priesthood (independent Jerusalem will still found it very early though)
