Built by Muhammad Singh after saving up money for years and years, the Delhi Delight was born. Following Gordon's inital scathing review, several changes have been made. The first is in the staff. Namely, Delhi Delight has actual hired staff, rather than simply picking up one of the many beggars that roam the streets of India and offering them 10 rupees for service. Food quality has shot up as a result, but in order to afford this change, Singh has had to increase prices to keep up. The warehouse he has bought has finally completed renovations, and the resulting look is - well, not sharp, or exotic, or as classy as hoped, but it looks somewhat like a restaurant, and not like a soulless place to unload objects. Advertising has also improved. Those beggars that used to be hired as staff have now been promised left overs from the restaurant if they distribute flyers for this place. The menu and the small seating space of the restaurant has not been changed, because paneer is cheap and easy to make, while Muhammed wants to wait for all his current seating to be filled before making ambitious plans for more tables.
