Technical point of view: All copyright from modified Civ4 stuff and of all Civ4 mods belong to 2K.
But this might actually only apply if that work is not done from scratch, then these are really his own models and are protected by the copyright.
(my laymans point of view)

Since the case is doubtful, I'd say you shouldn't risk any confrontation with a webartist who already claims his copyright. It might be that he has experience with suing people.
Better ask for permission. His email is mentioned in the impressum.

Actually, all or most intellectual properties are automatically subject to copyrights automatically, whether or not the author applies for it, so long as it is original.

I know (had to look it up due to something else), but what I mean is that it could mean that he knows what he's talking about. But after a second thought...could also mean the direct opposite .

I plan to include a Grand Canal (of China, not Venice) wonder into my mod and am looking for appropriate building graphics. My searches in the database have not produced anything suitable, does someone have an idea? Something that conveys the general idea of a canal, like a bit of water that branches off a river (the wonder would require a river at its city) would be enough.

I checked RFCA already (was my first idea ), unfortunately, the Grand Canal appears to only have the Barracks graphics there. Or am I not up to date anymore?

I actually realised today that the trajan's column is the central pillar of the Forum UB, so if someone would break it off the model that would be great. But still reqeusting Constanine's arch

Sorry, but i dont know where i can post my question, so i do it here...

I have a big Problem and i hope someone can help me to solve the problem!
I've created a new Civ for my mod, and use for them the Artstyle of an existing Civ .(Data Angel)

I have addet in the CivilizationInfo.xml this to the new Civ...
<ArtStyleType>ARTSTYLE_ANGELS</ArtStyleType>
...Copy end Paste it from the Angels.

The Cityset works fine for the new Civ, but i cant see the farms!!!
When the ERA changed, i cant see the farms...but they are there
For the Data Angel, every thing works fine, the CitySet and the Farms...

Perhaps it would help if I upload all the edited files, so that someone can look at it??????

But why cant i see the farms of the Angels for the new Civ, they use the same ArtStyle...

My PRoblem...the new Civ - Awoken, the other - AnGEL

I would help but I don't dwelve into the Lsystems.... I have my own XML files for that. (though only for city buildings )
