That's the US without a doubt....the flag is right there. Also, methinks the American flag is flanked by a state flag and a city flag. The one on the right looks like the flag of Montana...but I can't be sure.

Is it Bozeman, Billings, or Butte?

It looks like Montana to me. No other state has such an obtrusive yellow seal on it. It's hard to tell whether there is lettering on it though.

The center symbol is too well defined for it to be Nebraska's flag. It could be Kansas, but that doesn't look like any town in Kansas I've ever seen.

The buildings have a mining town feel to them, which supports the Montana claim a bit.
