Well, its definitely a Hanseatic port. That means its most likely to be the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Russia (Kaliningrad), Lithuania, Lativa, Estonia, or Sweden. It sure doesn't look like Estonia or Latvia. If its not Dutch, I think it will be either German or Polish.
