Ok, one proposal:

The parliament of which country do we see?

(I know, not really a map, but somehow it is, i mean it shows where the people sit ;-) )

The colour show political fractions (not parties, so parties with just one seat are not shown). It's the primary chamber. And no cheating by looking it up, I was to lazy do upload it separately and instead linked directly to wikipedia.
