That website being google and you are correct!

google.com counts as a top level US, so America #1, but the US also has .us, which redirects to .com and thus I could not find information on it. Hence America getting counted twice.

The Netherlands in odd because the de facto capital is The Hague, while it is officially Amsterdam. Italy, I have no idea and made me think I was wrong.
