Revenge completed. Next time you'll learn not to guess my maps so easily if you don't want me to post a real tough one. BTW, it was the chapters of the Pagan Federation International.

The colors stand for:

Red: National chapter
Yellow: Regional chapter (South America (except Colombia and French Guyana), Oceania (except New Zealand and New Caledonia) and Scandinavia)
Blue: Local chapter (Scotland only)

Pretty Clever with the Regional and local chapters. Local means what exactly here. If it's all of Scotland, Red would be in order I guess.. (otherwise you'd have to color all the subnational chapters, not?).

Anyways, this one shouldn't be too hard. It's only Europe (why North Africa is white as well).

If it takes too long (since it's kinda a "stupid" map whose content could be said in one sentence much quicker), I will solve it But I couldn't resist making fun of someone..

@lillefix, I know, it's a bad map. But I wanted to have fun, so this map will be solved today in any case.

If it's any clearer, it's not something that Germany has, it's something that Germany doesn't have. (Otherwise it would be Red and the rest of Europe White).

well not directly, but more with the member organizations of UEFA.

Second hint: Belgium was another possibility for being white, but I decided on a technicality to make it red (one can argue both ways, but I do believe firmly that I'm correct). Wales is another special case and I just lost valuable minutes reading through it all on wikipedia and still not quite getting it.
