CIVreplay is good!!
I use CRpMapStat to reduce diplomatic time.
I use CRpViewer to study OTHER's save files.
another, I use a tools named Multitools to foresee something before.

such as ,tech that AI is researching, treats between AIs,
how many continents or island in one maps.
how many land tiles in one maps, etc.

there are also many other tools provide these functions.
but I am familiar with Multitools.

great the programmer!
I have just studied Civassist II and find that a second
extremely useful tool on my HOF trip!!

thanks, after I use civ assist II , I find It's a good instead
tools for Multitools.
aid by this tools, I may have enough courage to try large or huge Histo games.

Just curious, "statistically speaking", if you submit one game and it appears in 2 HOF Tables does it count for 1 or 2 in the "# In HOF Tables" column of the "Game Counts" Tab in the "Statistics" section? :)

Just counts as 1 :).

Dianthus, I just submitted a huge conquest game, the submission screen said the victory condition was incomplete. can you check on that for me, because I did complete this game. I might have the wrong save, but I can't check until tomorrow. I don't think its the wrong save but that's the only thing I can think of other than a computer error.

The game is incomplete. ;)

Thanks Can I still submit the correct finished game?

Of course! We get incomplete games all the time.;)

Just resubmit with the other files (easiest on us), or you can send the file by itself to hof@civfanatics.net (takes me two minutes to swap it out, so still no big deal).

Thanks again, I was just worried it would show up as map already used. I should send it in tomorrow.

It will actually do just that, but in situations like this we just treat the first submission as an incomplete duplicate, which it basically will be. It'll show up on your submissions list as a rejection, but that's just a technicality. :D

Yeah, I think III is updating on Thursday...

I just submitted the correct final save with the other four. Sorry I grabbed the wrong one. Thanks.

There's been a change to the reloading section of the disallowed page:
Reloading to avoid triggering Domination is no longer permitted, as this is easily avoidable via the Victory Status screen or through use of a MapStat utility.
I doubt this change will affect most players, but I feel it's necessary to close a loophole potentially exploited by malicious reloaders.

I'm glad I've "finished" with histo games, since I think I have carelessly dominated in all of my submitted games.

Slug, Dianthus, someone? I have another of my strange questions. Only this one really isn't my fault. I am playing C3C, the Greeks attacked me, ok fine. During the course of the AI turn one of its galleys attacked one of my coastal cities! Talk about Civ 2 flashback. The galley actually turned and animated the battle with the arrows, then retreated when it redlined and attacked again(!) and sank. It even knocked a hit point off of my defending warrior. My question is, will this insanity disqualify my game for the HoF?

That's not a strange question. The situation you describe ingame is, well, impossible?

Yes, I would have thought so, until it occured today. Will this game be acceptable, or do you need to have it to know?
