Happy Canada Day!

Is that beaver photoshopped or just tame?
Some beavers are tame, or relatively so. Many decades ago, a local girl here had a pet beaver named Mickey, and Mickey the Beaver became one of our city's cultural symbols.

I'd like to say thanks to Tim Hortons for spreading to areas of the northern US. For having turkey sausage, good coffee, and breakfast practically all day, they can invade any time they want, in my book.
There are even Tim Hortons in Florida now.

Given that the RCMP trooper is not casting a reflection, I would guess the former.

They probably do quite well competing against 7-11 and Kwik-E-Mart.

Tim Hortons is actually pretty bad, watch out.
I don't drink coffee, so have no opinion on that. But their hot chocolate isn't bad. It's nothing exceptional - actually, McDonalds has better hot chocolate - but it'll do.

Gotta confess... I love the raspberry, chocolate, and honey-glazed Timbits.

I just used to like their baked goods more when they were freshly prepared on site - instead of in some factory somewhere. Having said that I don't mind a honey crueller from time to time. And their lunch selections are not so bad.

It's just not so fresh and amazing, like they claim. It's good for what it is, but they advertise a level of excellence that just isn't there.

I strongly dislike Tim Hortons, although I'm not a coffee drinker. The people who love the place do because they love the coffee.

The baked goods are awful, IMO. They're centrally produced at a factory somewhere, frozen, then shipped across the continent.

If I want a good donut or something, I'm going to Country Style.
