Trinidad is awesome.

I don't know, maybe it's because I grew up with delicious Polish meats that I dislike Hallacas. Whenever I am forced to eat hallacas I ask whoevers making them to put nothing but pork and cheese inside mine.

Do you have arepas in Trinidad? I have noticed that every Venezuelan here opens their arepas and put eggs and ham and cheese inside them, while every foreigner puts marmalades on them. Just something I was reminded of just now.

Nope, I've never heard of arepas before. Trinidadian food is heavily influenced by Indian cuisine and so things with cheese aren't terribly widespread there. Their cuisine is basically this: dump food in large pot, pour curry and hot sauce on it, have a big party.
