The HOF web site will move to a new server on Wednesday, July 27. During the cutover, there will be a short period when you will not be able to submit games. This is so that I can synchronise the new server. This may affect you during Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your time zone.
The planned timetable is:
00:00 GMT/UTC (19:00 CST : 20:00 EST : 01:00 BST)
I will disable submission pages on the current server and synchronise the databases on the two servers.
02:00 GMT/UTC (21:00 CST : 22:00 EST : 03:00 BST)
The Domain Name Servers (DNS) will switch to point at the new server. The change will propagate through the Internet as DNS caches expire, and this could take up to 24 hours for some users.
A few hours later
Your DNS will pick up the new server, and you will be able to use its submission pages.
