Whenever I have to eat bananas, I take them ripe. Banana splits are not really my thing.

However banana chips kick so much ass. You need to dip them in ketchup and mayonnaise. Don't mix the two to make thousand island; you need to keep them separate for maximum deliciousness.

My dad also tried fried banana in Ecuador. He bought it off a street vendor...
