How is Korea's UA working now?

I already know it will trigger a science bonus when library/university/PS/RL/NC/OU/GL is built in the capital. But how many beakers will I get? Does PT/Scientific Revolution still effective?
Will the bonus beakers overflow to the next technology?
Thanks a lot.

It is equivalent to a Research Agreement with yourself and takes PT/SR into effect. This is similar to the bronze reward from ISS

I also have a question! If I sell a science building like the library, and then produce it again, do I gain another boost? Or does the game keep track of each type of science building?

No. It had been an exploit and the game fixed it.

Korea sounds like it'd be pretty overpowered for a cultural game. Other than the guaranteed science boost (because regardless of what victory type you pursue, you're going to build science buildings) all of their specialists (and for a cultural victory you need a lot) you get a science boost.

I did a quick test in IGE and Korean UA actually seems to be using the old G&K formula, you just get half of the median tech cost.

The overflow takes away up to the next technology you research, so if you actually need a tech, you can put 500 beakers into hunting

as I know, I have read already that you never lose tech over flow it will simply keep overflowing until you get to a tech that will take longer than 1 turn

If it is still half of the median tech cost, it will be a bit tricky to control the finishing time of those building in order to get more beaker boost, so I'm really curious about the mechanism in BNW.

Here's the correct BNW formula for RAs: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=540971
RA beakers = n% * min(a, b)/3,

where
a = sum of your beakers over term of RA (including beakers from external trade routes but excluding beakers from GS bulbs and other RAs)
b = sum of your RA partner's beakers over the term of the RA length (also including beakers from external trade routes but excluding beakers from GS bulbs and other RAs)
n% = RA modifier % (base 50% + 25% from Scientific Revolution + 25% from Porcelain Tower)
