How is your EU3 Game going?

The reason it doesn't work is because you need to be a registered user of their games to be able to download mods. Just sign up for the forum and register a Paradox game and you're all good!

Im registered, and the download starts but around 20 MBs the download stops and when i open it in winrar it says file error

No it doesn't.

India, Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans all look ugly as hell.
Paradox game...

The only time India, Africa, the ME, and the Balkans have ever looked good in a Paradox game is when they didn't actually do the map themselves (Victoria 2).

This is a mod that modified the map, so I expected better of them.

Remember, all regions are made so that you can approximately form the 2010 country borders. That's why it looks so weird.

I think you mean "Slovenia", Civ'ed. I think the Macedonians have settled for "FYR Mecedonia".

Yea, I did mean Slovenia.

And it looks like Croatia is controlling a huge part of NW Bosnia
Idk, I'm not a balkan expert but...
I just checked a map of Europe and it does look like the Northeast of Bosnia is Croatian. T

Wow, I have downloaded the demo to try it because my game is still in the mail. The graphics are not much different than the original EU. I noticed that it was much easier to take Granada than the original. Anyway, I put my ships to sea and they all died except two. I forgot you cannot leave them out to sea as in civ. I fast forwarded the game to get a feel for changes in the economy and before I knew it a year passed. I was wondering why I started getting more cash and it was because I destroyed my fleet. Noob mistake.

The tutorial game would not let me save and it started in 1492. I thought in this version the game begins in 1399 and ends in 1820, am I not correct?

CiV has been driving me nuts lately so it is nice to have another strategy game to fall back on.

The 4 expansions extend the game and add 100s of tweaks, fixes, and features. They haven't bothered updating the demo :p

I tried playing on IN a while back ( I have HTTT) and it is dramatically different and harder to play as, so I would suggest at least getting heir to the throne.

Yeah, one thing I really like about HTTT is no cardinal bribing. That just seemed like such a stupid mechanic to me. I'm not sure what else they changed in HTTT (I played IN for like 30 min before I installed HTTT), but it's what I've been playing for hundreds of hours now.

The Dynasties system is new, as is the CB system, particularists, country names on maps, reworked HRE, trade leagues, the Hansa, etc.

Cool, yeah, IDK how they were before, but I like them now so I'm quite happy! ;) I haven't upgraded to DW yet partially because I love the game so much as is I'm afraid it may make it less enjoyable for me. That and I'm still in an epic game I'm playing at incredibly slow speed.
