How is your EU3 Game going?

In another game Yaroslav got released in a war treaty, and it immediately had a massive size, not sure how that happened. Probably was not the result of a revolt though.
It then moved on to form Russia ;)

@Superbeaver,

Are you going to form Russia? Also is it beneficial if you do to turn into an Empire?

Just as soon as I can get my hands on Smolensk from Lithuania. Thats all that I need now to be able to form Russia. Then I just have to wait to get a core on it.

Went to war with Lithuania. Slaughtered their armies, occupied half of their provinces, then unleashed some patriot rebels on the rest. Took three provinces in the peace treaty and then Lithuania broke, giving me a bunch of land and a very ugly border. Hungary broke too, but I had nothing to do with that.

I would guess occupying it :p

Colonizing Khanates take soooooooooooooo long

I don't currently have a Screenshot, but in my France game (starting at the Revolutionary France start), I invaded Switzerland, which led to me, Spain and the USA being at War with Great Britain, the Netherlands, Bavaria, Tuscany, Prussia, Hanover and Hesse. 2 years later, I was on the winning side (me and America were occupying all of Britain's American territories, and I had annexed Switzerland). Suddenly, America made peace with Britain, taking only one useless Canadian territory, while most of India, as well as Persia, declared War on me (most nations without a CB, even). Very soon after Annexing Tuscany, loads of nations declared war on me due to my high infamy (I thought my infamy limit was 30.00, as it was there last time I checked - My actual infamy limit was 25.00), while Spain broke our alliance and wouldn't really, nor would America join me in my wars.

Currently, I am war with pretty much the whole of the HRE (including Austria, which has an army at least double the size of mine) except maybe about 3 countries, as well as Morocco, Algeria, Naples, Sardinia-Piedmont, Manchu and Korea. The fact that countries keep funding native uprisings and rebellions in my colonies doesn't help.

:lol:

If you get to have that high infamy you are in a very bad position indeed. I had nations declare on me when i was above my limit, and it was hard to fight them all.

Before the HttT 4.1 patch, in my very first game, Mali offered GBR (me) 20 provinces to end a war. Being the newbie I was, I accepted and was saddled with 80 infamy to add to my already 30+ score!!

Hansa 1478. Mostly aiming to colonize the new world and move my capital there. Notice I have territories in southeast USA and in Nova Scotia. Along with my hegemony in Ireland. Europe is pretty crazy notice Scotland.

Don't Scotland and Castille share exactly the same colour? I always have trouble telling them apart.

Scotland is British, so it should be able to.

Any country with the primary culture in the british group or with welsh as primary culture except the Papal State and the Holy Roman Empire can form Great Britain.

Code:
british_nation = {
		potential = {
			NOT = { exists = GBR }
			NOT = { tag = PAP }
			NOT = { tag = HRE }
			OR = {
				culture_group = british
				primary_culture = welsh
			}

Muscowy -> Russia again, sticking to Eurasia this time. (Only going to build enough of a Pacific fleet to patrol my coasts.) I will crush all the heathens! Now if only my Adm 5 czar could catch tuberculosis or something and die, he's the only thing keeping me from westernizing...

Playing as netherlands colonizing I got the mission in 1470 to discover alaska. I had just before discovered newfoundland and south america, no more. I've gotten some weird missions this game. Like the reclaim the holy land before.

Playing as Portugal, allied with England and Castille (or Spain) with IN and doing pretty well so far. Colonized most of South America - southern Central America, A few holdings in North America (france and England are greedy :eek:), some Africa.
(yes that is a nice pattern in Southwest Africa (Austria is combo-breaker because of their Kongo conquest and yes, the Golden Horde is gone.
