Washington DC

AFAIK Washington DC isn't part of a state.
It's directly ruled by the federal Congress.

And on-topic : I have never visited the USA, I consider it too dangerous to visit with every person allowed to bear a gun.

I find that funny, out of the 16 years that I have lived in the US the only guns I have seen were either on a cop or at a shooting range.
