Please do not try our patience. The formal trading agreement will allow more intimate and nationally encouraging trading relations between our peoples. If you are unable to understand this, consider our offer relinquished.Lord_Iggy said:

White outline means capital and red outline means trade center so the city I am taking is only a trade center. You keep your capital which is also a trade center.
