Hypothetical Scenario Poll: The Draft is Reinstated. What would you do?

If the draft was reinstated, and YOU were drafted, would you accept your fate, or would you flee the country and/or protest?

EDIT: To make it easier assume you are eligible

EDIT2: The war would be a take over of the whole of the middle east, the final chapter in the 'war on terror'.

Of course I wouldn't accept my fate. I would most likely try to get something from a doctor (anything that could prevent me from being drafted), and if it doesn't work I would simply flee.

Well, there is little chance of the draft occuring here. They couldn't get it here in eitherWWI or WWII, so it would take something major for them to try it again. If it did occur, I'd just head 30 miles south

While I would likely serve, I'd protest it on technical grounds. I don't think we're fighting a war where manpower alone can solve our problems.

Well, I am attending university so I don't think I'd be eligible.

If the government wants me to help them kill people they have me work at a defense contractor after I graduate. I just can't see myself as a soldier. I'd be one of the first dead.

First you have to ask why the draft is on before answering this question.

If just randomly draft was reinstated, sure id protest, run away etc.

But if the juggernought of propaganda is trundling along for War..would i already be queing up for the fight like all the other poor saps in the start or most wars?

Id say **** you! im not fighting a phony war creating more terrorists than its killing, ruining more lives than its saving.. and costing billions upon billions which would have been used so much better.

They could take me to court- do what they like, but my voice would need to get the publicity, if censors arn't slapped down in a "ultimate last bit of war" situation.
