Yes there are some wrinkles that need to be ironed out. I will be fixing leadership problems and anything else people have against the stats. If there are centralization problems or anything else, PM me.
Birdjaguar- I will fix Asian leadership and such. Africa however stays the same. Merina is more of a league than a nation so leadership is practically non-existant. The Bambara Empire is in anarchy so leadership is non-existant. Abyssinia and Kanem-Bornu have decent leadership.

@icmancin, how long do players have until thier reservations expire? I'm mainly talking about Austria, Ottomans, and Britain here since I havnt seen them claimed.
