As you declared war on Spain, even if it was activated by another treaty, the Treaty of St. Petersburg was not activated and Japan is not required to go to war with Spain, nor is it required to abandon the Axis. The French Empire and Holy Roman Empire agree to mutual miltiary assitance when third party tries to incite war between signatories to this treaty

To ensure economic prosperity there will be lower tariffs between France and the Holy Roman Empire

Article 5:

France recognizes that the Holy Roman Empress may take the title Queen of Italy.

The French Empire gives rights to Tunisa to the Holy Roman Empire who will in turn transfer it to the Ottoman Empire

Article 7:

French military cadets will be allowed to study in the Linz Military Academy so long as Austrian cadets are afforded likewise options in French acadamies

We at this moment cannot in good conscience enter this war knowing that France had plans to invade Belgium according to our intelligence. We also had information the French were planning on invading Spain anyway to unite the House of Bourbon. Whether this is correct or not there obvisouly have been a lot of back room dealings that are quickly escalating into massive violence and destruction.

We also know Spain was trying to save herself so it made deals with several other nations to clip French power. A lot of those nations betratyed Spain as well.

We believe both parties are at fault and urge both sides to work out their problems diplomatically otherwise we may see a world war in Europe. We ask the Russians and the United Kingdom to urge both parties to the negiotating table. At this moment half of Europe is at war and at the rate things are going we will have world war. Please give negiotations a chance and back down otherwise an entire generation of Europeans could die on the battlefield.

We both clearly thought an invasion from either side would come. We withdraw our offer of a 4 turn NAP until we know France is truely willing to have peace which it has not so far showed with its refusal to negiotate a peace with Spain and Portugal.

It is only the false and vicious rumours that the Portugese Empire which is neither Holy nor truly Catholic has spread concerning the Holy Roman reunification with the Papal States and the city of Rome that has led to the sorry fact that war has been declared.

At any time with the so called Holy Portugese offer a complete apology and 1 ep in economic restitution for their deflamatory attacks on the Imperial family's honour then we shall gladly return to a state of peace with the Kingdom of Portugal.

First of all let me congratulate you my ally on the successful and peaceful unification of the lands of the Netherlands and the Palatine into the united state we now see. May we recognise this unification for all time.

First of all we would like to inform you that it was only through the Treaty of Lyons that we were able to ensure that a French invasion of the Rhineland did not occur. France now understands the special nature of our relationship and the reciprocal relationship we both have with the Kingdom of Saxony. He has agreed to not interfere in German affairs, and this agreement we feel is worth more than anything Spain could write.

After all we are bemused by Spainish demands for us to keep our navy as small as possible, this lead to us further favouring the Treaty of Lyons. Note however it was only until the decleration of war on the Kingdom of France by the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies that lead to the Imperial entry into this war.

We futhermore stand by you comments and hope that the Spainish allies can be brought to the negotiating tabel as quickly as possible.

We must protest your continued useage of the title, Heir to Rome. Unless you are not reading the maps of Europe properly, you will see Rome is firmly under the Holy Roman Empire's grasp, and that your continued use of this title in diplomacy only brings disrepute to our bilateral relations. We do not wish for this and I am sure neither do you.

We however acknowledge that this title does have some historical significance to the Eastern Orthodox Churches, namely that of the Russian brand. While we also do not agree in principle with the Orthodox faith being a predominantly Catholic Reich, we do give freedom to our citizenry and residents and thus would be unfair for us to ask you to drop the title altogether. We thus ask for you to not refer to it in diplomacy at the same time we will raise no objection to using it in the Tsarista's formal title.

Futhermore while the Empress herself will not travel to Moscow for any confrence, rest assured that the Lord Chancellor of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps, Baron Manfred von Risstlehoff will attend any such negotiations.
