Senpai was cooking a succulent Chinese meal for his multiple wives.

"Hmm." said Senpai. "I have already cooked so much food, but now I am bored. I know! I'll make an extra side dish."

"Senpai you [tier-2 swear word]ing baka!" said his Koukai. "If you cook another side dish that will create a whole new timeline!"

"OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!-" screamed Senpai but his screams were cut off by the universe exploding.

"...and that's the POD for my epic IdIOT fanfiction." said NinjaCow64. "Its now the year 3000 AD again don't @ me."

Motto: "Death will set you free"

Name: Zombieland

AKA: Jack is obsessed with necromancers and raising the dead

High Concept: Necromancer High Council

Trouble: Living Human Subjects

Longer form: Only the army is undead. The living subjects are unhappy about being ruled by necromancers because they have degenerate ideas about having the right not to serve the army in afterlife and objections to forced servitude instead of heading to eternal salvation. Liberalism is a disease

Stunt:
We'll Raise Your Corpse, Your Father's Corpse, and Your Grandfather's Corpse (No we don't care that he's not dead): When you inflict a Moderate or Severe consequence upon an enemy by killing a lot of people, you gain the situation aspect Your Dead Comrades Serve Us Now! (with a free invoke).

Stats:
Covert: 0
Charm:-1 (People are bigots against the undead. For some reason other nations don't take too kindly to the thought of Death not being the final rest of sentient species)
Cunning:0
Force: 1 (Look, all a zombie is really good for is a suicide bombing run)
Knowledge:2 (The best part about having undead servants is experimenting on them. There are more abominations and horrors on this earth than you can shake a stickat and we'll find all of them)
Thrift: 1 (We are financially responsible and sound government, especially since we don't have to pay our undead public servants wages)

Trouble: Honno-ji

Gudaguda Stunt: Tenka Fubu (上様団子) "Unity through force of arms!" - Good government is a weapon! Conquering foes is a political statement! - When you occupy a territory, you may freely invoke this stunt for a boost to any roll related to annexation and integration thereof.

Nobu's Stunt: Sandan-Uchi (三千世界) - Three thousand weapons fire simultaneously! Gunfire! Artillery! Maximum shooty! (Like Grit's CO power but more Nobunobu) - When Nobu has to roll Force for a regular military engagement, she may use a Fate point to boost the roll by +2. This stunt may not be invoked for occupation, suppression, counter-insurgency, or any type of asymmetrical warfare.

High Concept

Trouble: Stuck in the Middle Ages

Stunt: Awakening Ritual - Spend a fate point. Use charm to attack and defend all rolls against a given target for one turn, period. The target must be a great evil that Naga (aka the GM) believes would otherwise be a world-ending threat. May be refused, with no refund of fate point

Map:

Approaches:

Covert – 0 (We assassinated our version of Ghenghis Khan... by taking a small army and busting his castle door open and just stabbing him on his throne. Still snuck under his nose though)
Charm – +2 (Lucina best waifu 2018 and every other year)
Cunning – +1 (Robin is playing 4D chess while all of y'all are still on 1D checkers)
Force – +1 (The actual Ylissian Army is pretty incompetent ngl. But the Shepherds are an elite paramilitary force that solves all of our problems, and so happens to be run by the father of the current Exalt)
Knowledge – 0 (On one hand, we have wonderous battle magic that is actually quite impressive. On the other hand, it's been nearly 2000 years and the world isn't much more advanced than it was when Marth was running around)
Thrift – -1 (What do you mean beating up zombies and looting their corpses isn't a viable economic plan?)

Species: centaurs, gnolls, goblins, gorgons, harpies, kobolds, lizardfolks, minotaurs, ogres, orcs, trolls, werewolves and anthro style beast-men.

Trouble: dangerous fauna

Settlement often at risk from the dangerous fauna (including behemoths, dragons and unicorns), as well as dark wizards wanting to capture folk for their armies and from the tricks of the Fair Folk.

Map: yellow is the location of the capital

Spoiler the twin maps :
upload_2018-11-3_15-38-6.png

upload_2018-11-3_16-49-57.png

Approaches:

Covert – -1 expects others to be as honourable as they are, while the dark wizards are rumoured to have infiltrated the Scead Rouge Guild, the prime covert agency of the UUC.

Charm – +2 process strong statecraft from the union of the clans, further vindicated by powerful cultural and media elements to help spread further the tales of the sagas.

Cunning – 0 though the clan system encourages heroics this is somewhat limited by the clan holding on their key figures (not helped by the need to keep protecting from the land itself) and the tendency of folks to go on adventures.

Force – +1 encourages a raider yet honourable based martial culture, further boosted by the strong physique of certain beast folk such as lizardfolk, orcs and trolls, while smaller folk like goblins tend to use their smallness in advantage. Their heroes are renewed to help inspire further.

Knowledge – 0 often on salvaging for research but do benefit from mages and scholars in the courts, the latter especially from the goblin mad scientist Prince Heagel von Hisenberg.

Thrift – +1 strong internal trade boosted by industrial clans and a brave merchant fleet, as well offhand gold gained through piracy and smuggling. Strengths are hindered by the dangerous flora but the road tend to be safe thanks to the clan armies.

Political Detailing

Capital:
Stól

Representative Body: The Assembly of Clans, nicknamed the Hand Assembly. The Assembly is composing of the representatives of the Clans, known as the Hands. Each clan elect their Hand. In addition to agreeing policy among the UUC the Assembly also allows for diplomacy between the clans. The land leaders, while technically above the hands, are in practice have to respect the Assembly's role as a democratic mandate, so long as clan rights and the wishes of the populace are respected.

Union of Equestria and the Crystal Empire

harmonicunion.png

(Core territories are France and Iceland)

Alternative shorthands:

Harmonic Union (semi-official)
Equestria (unofficial, but used by most of the population and by foreigners)
King/Queendom/Principality of Equestria (sometimes used by foreigners, but not recognized)

Government: Absolute Pentarchy - The Union is run by its five alicorn princesses - Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Twilight Sparkle and Flurry Heart - all of whom have an equal share of power.

Capital city: Canterlot (located near the ruins of a city once known as Paris)

High Concept: Harmony: For centuries, Equestria fought no wars against its rivals and expanded through peace. As a result, it has achieved a level of stability and prosperity that were unparalleled. In spite of the difficulties in the transition to this world, its citizens remain hopeful thanks to the sheer strength of Harmony.

Trouble: Systematical stubbornness - When Equestria was in its proper world of Equus, it's model made it prosperous. However, keeping up with a whole new world is much different. In spite of the best efforts of the princesses to keep Harmony across the nation, their subjects (and to some extent, themselves) have difficulties with changing a paradigm that has worked so well, which is leading to the system finding it difficult to respond to problems it wasn't designed to deal with, and there are a few of them, though for now none are too major. The princesses sometimes trying to deal with the effects rather than doing something with the causes certainly won't solve them anytime soon. And while the princesses have done everything in their power to adapt the humans into the system, the issue of their presence isn't making anyone's lives any easier.

Stunt: The Elements of Harmony - Can use one charm to defend against attacks in any other field.

Approaches:

Covert – -1: It is hard to spy on other human nations when you're a pony. Plus, the princesses's own morality makes them averse to the whole idea of nosing in places they don't belong.

Charm – +2: While it's not without problems, Equestria has established a great reputation for sticking to its main pillar of Harmony.

Cunning – 0: Sheer power of will and a desire to protect their subjects at any cost only makes up for so much when the princesses aren't really into grand strategies. Still, once in a while they do pull off the occasional impressive feat.

Force – 0: As Equestria was in peace for centuries, there wasn't much need to field great armies and by the time Equestria was suddenly transported to this world, it had long decayed into a force not even being able to fight off threats. Thanks to the Lunar reforms, the army has only become adequate but they are a long way from becoming a force to be reckoned with.

Knowledge – 1+: For centuries, Celestia was a patron of the arts and even now the Canterlot Library boasts hundreds of thousands of books on all subjects, especially in the fields of magic, alchemy and the sciences. In addition, Equestria boasts vast amounts of researchers and teachers in order to help bring more knowledge to the world.

Thrift – +1: Equestria has thrived in relative prosperity, as thus, its institutions are relatively stable.

History:

Back on its original land of Equus, Equestria has not seen a war in hundreds of years and the Earth ponies, who tilled the land, the Unicorns, whose most prominent members could pull off incredible feats of magic, and Pegasi, who controlled the weather and could fly fast speeds, lived in peace and prosperity. They all lived under the benevolent observation of Princess Celestia, who used the combined magic of all three races to raise the sun and moon, and for these hundreds of years Equestria was overseeing a time of expansion, harmony and (de facto) global hegemony. Shortly before much of Equestria was teleported to this world, Celestia's pupil, Twilight Sparkle, began first by restoring Princess Luna, who would continue raising the moon, then expanding the influence of Equestria outside the region, turning most of the few foes of Equestria into valuable allies, and everyone believed that Equestria's expansion was never going to end.

But a few weeks after the defeat of the Storm King, a mysterious large cloud came down and covered Canterlot, Ponyville and Cloudsdale, and for days it made life hard, as ponies struggled to see in this fog. Once it was gone, ponies started to notice that, for one, the strongest ponies across the land had lost vast chunks of their powers. Now the unicorns could barely pull off feats more impressive than the occassional teleportation (and this was now one of the more exhausting spells) and the Pegasi could not keep the weather from going completely wild, the weather seemingly refusing to obey the will of the three races as it had done prior to the passing of this mysterious cloud. Even worse news came weeks later when the ponies in the region realized that they hadn't received any news from the outside world since the passing of this cloud.

Celestia assigned Twilight and several other elite fliers of Equestria to start scouting the region for information about just what happened. In the pace of a few weeks, they traveled south, then west and they found various pony settlements, ranging from tiny hamlets that resembled Ponyville, to large towns, and they continued their journey. Surprisingly enough, even though they found massive ruins extending for kilometers and endless amounts of literature that some advanced civilization once boasted, they barely found any surviving natives, who would much rather hide in the deep forests rather than have any interaction with the newcomers.

Twilight reminded the Equestrian settlements that she came across that Canterlot had also been teleported, and that princesses Celestia and Luna were alright but startled as everyone else, though nobody gave her any word on the whereabouts of princesses Cadance and Flurry Heart, which concerned them. In the end, no word on the land mentioned anything about the whereabouts of the missing princesses, but at least the towns themselves were fine, and the towns assured them they were going to continue to consider themselves part of Equestria.

A few years year later, things finally began to resemble normalcy in what was now Equestria once again. In addition, contact was finally reestablished with Princess Cadance, who was still the ruler of the Crystal Empire, now ruled from the fertile southwest of an otherwise desolate large island northwest from (New) Equestria. With the Crystal Empire struggling with a famine since the cloud passed, both Celestia and Cadance finally agreed to join Equestria and the Crystal Empire as one nation to try and survive in this strange new world.

The Church of the Gamemaster

High Concept:
Meta Religious Organization

Trouble:
Post-Calamity Instability

Stunt:
For the Gamemaster! (At the cost of a Fate point, the Church can pray to the GM for a powerful bonus from the following list, chosen by the GM himself:
Meta Armies: +3 to all land combat rolls for a single turn
Meta Navies: +3 to all naval combat rolls for a single turn
Meta Ambassadors: +1 to Charm for a single turn
Holy Secrets: +1 to Knowledge for a single turn
Divine Restoration: Removes a single Consequence from the highest category that contains at least one Consequence. If the Church has no current Consequences, then this will negate the next consequence that afflicts it.
This can only be done once a turn, but an extra Fate Point can be spent to guarantee a specific option from the list is chosen.)

Approaches:
Covert:
0 (Modern espionage has begun to rely less and less on personal connections, and even converted insiders still oft retain their loyalty to their own nations as well as the Faith.)
Charm: 0 (The Church already has some connections, but the stigma of its relative youth compared to other faiths balances it out.)
Cunning: 2 (Immense knowledge of the metaphysical combined with rumors of being able to foretell the future make the Church's leadership spectacular in fields that normally use cunning of leadership.)
Force: 1 (Utilizes a Canterburian-model military - in the style of the legendary armed force that conquered half the world - and promotes the fanatical zeal of all personnel, from the generals to the common infantryman, ensuring high morale and strict discipline.)
Knowledge: -1 (Immense knowledge of the metaphysical says nothing about knowledge of the physical, and the Gamemaster isn't very keen on revealing things mankind should not know.)
Thrift: 1 (Tithing is a boon for a newly-emerged faith.)

Background:

During the decline of mighty Canterbury, a new religion was founded. It spoke of the End Times, of a Cataclysm that would be destined to occur over a side dish. Countless invaders would spill out from hundreds of Portals, the mighty Empire of Canterbury would crumble, and time and space themselves would be distorted and shattered. However, one entity existed that could reverse the Cataclysm, close the Portals, and restore order to the shattered World. Known to the Church simply as the 'Gamemaster', this being would, in the World's hour of need, save the people from the darkness. Soon, countless people began to embrace the True Faith and the will of the Gamemaster spread strongly, but the proud Emperors of Canterbury dismissed these omens, in their ignorance declaring it foolish madness.

If only they knew - immediately after the death of the final Emperor, Alexander I 'The Great', the great golden age of Canterbury came to an end with the Cataclysm. Countless lost their lives in the initial succession struggles and invasions, and soon, even those who initally dismissed the Faith soon began to turn to it. The Church now swells with new clergy and converts and has massive influence in old Canterbury and noticeable amounts in other nations, even those who persecute them.

DRAMATIS PERSONAE

455px-FEA_Lucina_03.png

Exalt Lucina I of Ylisse

The Exalt, or reigning monarch, of the Halidom of Ylisse. Lucina was the leader of the human resistance against the Fell Dragon Grima in his mad consumption of the living. When all hope was lost, Lucina traveled back in time initially to prevent her aunt's assassination, which led to the summoning of Grima. Although the assassination attempt was subverted, it only merely delayed the summoning of Grima (And Emmeryn's death) after his cultists manipulated politics to keep Ylisse in a constant state of war as they built up his forces. During this time of conflict, Lucina grew close with Chrom's tactican and advisor, Robin, and eventually married her after a battlefield confession of love. Their relationship would grow strained as Robin's true identity was revealed, but would reconcile after Grima was slain in the present by Robin's hands. Afterwards, Lucina wished to travel back to her own timeline to defeat Grima in the future. However, instead, a square of thunder brought the Halidom onto a strange island on a new world, seperated from the Outrealm Gates that lets them travel between worlds and time.

Her father, Chrom, would eventually abdicate shortly thereafter, beliving his determined survivor of a daughter would be a better fit to lead Ylisse again in these troubled times.

Cg_fe13_fp3_ending.png

Lucina upon gazing on the brand new world after being thrown into the square of thunder

Portrait_my_unit_2_fe13.png

Grand Tactican of the Armies Robin

A mysterious amnesiac found by Chrom on the road, Robin quickly proved her mettle as a fast and brilliant thinker on the battlefield. While assisting (and some even saying becoming the de facto leader of) the Shepherds, then-Prince Chrom's personal paramilitary force, Robin drilled the ragtag misfits into the greatest fighting force the world has ever seen. Her troops were known for their ability to minimalize casualties, while overwhelming the enemy with precise and brutal strikes onto areas of oppritunity to break lines. Unfortunately, it was soon revealed that Robin was in fact the blood descendant of Grima, and was intended to be his vessel for his rebirth. In a tense stand off, Lucina almost killed her in an attempt to prevent the dragon's resurrection. However, Robin was able to overcome her fate, and was in fact the one to strike down the Fell Dragon in an act of self-sacerfice (all infomation at the time implied that Grima's death would lead to her own). However, Robin survived, once again found lying on a country road. Only this time, with her memories intact

317px-FEA_Chrom.png

Crown Prince Chrom of Ylisse

As Ylisse is an absolute cognatic realm, being the second born child, even if the first son, meant that Chrom was unlikely to ever take control of the realm for himself. Especially when his sister Emmeryn took the throne at the age of ten. Therefore, while Emmeryn took control of the reigns of the state, Chrom instead decided to help the people through more direct action. Creating a paramilitary force known as the Shepherds, Chrom protected the commonfolk of Ylisse from constant raids from bandits and tribals to the north. Chrom was strong with the blade and a father to his men; he seemed almost naturally born to be a battlefield commander. However, when Emmeryn sacerficed herself while childless to save her family's life, the title of Exalt passed from Emmeryn to Chrom

Immediately, Chrom had to deal with a war with Plegia. And then after that, Valm. And then a second war with Plegia. The constant fighting took a toll on the Captain of the Shepherds, as he was thrusted into a position he had no real preparation to be in. Hitting bandits until they went away was nothing like dealing with a full blown war. Not to mention, seeing an adult version of his infant daughter, warning him of a world ending threat that he had to deal with. Even when all was said and done, and peace returned to Ylisse... Chrom had no idea how to rule. He was a soldier, not an Exalt. Even before the square of thunder, Chrom intended to abdicate in favor of his (adult) daughter, but the warping of Ylisse solidified it. Now he could return back to what he was best at: helping the people directly.

336px-FEA_Tiki.png

Voice of the Divine Dragon Tiki of Naga

Tiki is a manakete, a dragon who has sealed her true nature in a magical crystal known as a Dragonstone, and assumed human form. Specifically, she is a Divine Dragon, the most powerful and holy tribe of dragons: the direct children of the goddess Naga herself. Tiki is deceptively much older than she appears, being at least 2000 years old, and possibly much older than that. She was alive and concious turning the time where Marth fought to eradicate the rogue Earth Dragons that threatened humanity, and even helped participate in his wars. She eventually traveled to the continent of Valentina, where she went into a state of pernament sluber

Tiki was awoken by Robin and Lucina during their pre-emptive invasion of Valm, as she held one of the gemstones of the Fire Emblem. Tiki mistook Lucina as being Marth himself, although would later accept her as almost a reincarnation of him by the end of their struggles against Grima. Her presence in the Valm Resistance and the Shepherds was a major morale boon, as she was considered a prophet for Naga. After Grima's death, she moved back to Archanea, where she took control of the Church of Naga, the state religion of Ylisse.

388px-FEA_Cordelia.png

Knight-Captain of the Royal Guard Cordelia

Cordelia was a member of the Ylissian Royal Guard, a unit of soldiers trained to fight on pegasi. Cordelia was noted as a youth to be a natural prodigy in all aspects related to pegasi, and she was the rising star within the royal guard. When their previous commander, Phila, was killed in action trying to rescue Emmeryn, Cordelia was promoted to the new commander of the Royal Guard.

Cordelia had a massive, obvious crush on Chrom, but he was completely oblivious to her advances and passed her over to another peagsus knight, Sumia. Cordelia attempted to take it in stride, but it was still a massive punch in the gut for her, and she never got over it. How this affects her relationship with Lucina is unknown, but she doesn't seem to take it out on her personally.

517px-FEA_Anna.png

General Exchequer Anna

Anna comes from a prolific clan of matriarchial merchants that is said to have existed on all continents in the world that Ylisse once inhabited in. Anna was saved from certain death by the Shepherds, as they intervened to protect her from bandits. Afterwards, she joined the Shepherds, where she became invaluable not only for her skill with the blade, but for her nearly bottomless vault of gold that helped fund the Shepherds during their various campaigns. In return, Anna claimed she saw limitless potential for her to make even more money off of looted goods and other services. She remained with her circle of friends after Grima was defeated, and was first entrusted with the treasury by Chrom, and later renewed with the same position by Lucina. There, she was horrified to realize just how little money Ylisse actually had, and how the state barely kept itself solvent. Perhaps, at least, the square of thunder might give her a new chance to make Ylisse, and herself, rich.

218px-FEA_Frederick.png

Knight-Captain of the Ylissian Army Frederick

A veteran of the first Plegian-Ylissian War (and some say the greatest knight of Ylisse in the conflict), he was assigned by Chrom's father to be his son's retainer, a position he followed even once the Exalt passed away. When Chrom went to form the Shepherds, Frederick was his Lieutenant, usually acting as the voice of reason to the more hotheaded and idealistic Chrom. Although his role of giving sage battlefield advice was largely overtaken by Robin once she was recruited into the Shepherds, Frederick still remained a trusted confidant to both Chrom and Robin, and offered a unique perspective that both lacked due to their age (and amnesia in the case of Robin).

After the slaying of Grima and the initial dissolution of the Shepherds, Frederick went on to be appointed the commander of the entire Ylissian Army. His commitments to the new position prevents him from joining Chrom as he reformed the Shepherds after abdicating, and instead now serving under Lucina in the same capacity he once did with her father.
