If your last act on earth is a CFCOT post, what will it be?

Based on a lugubrious fantasy in another thread:
Oh, you'll know when "the Grey" is no more,
When you've heard the last of old Gor:
When there's no final line
In some limerick of mine
But the thing just hangs there after four.

I.e. what is your most characteristic posting style or topic or mood? (It's just more fun to ask it this way)

Your slumping head hits "Post Reply."

Edit: terms of the game altered slightly in post #4

If it I knew it was my last post?
Either way (or both). You're struck down in your most characteristic posture. Or you carefully craft your final riposte.

I already had a few posts which at the time i thought would be the last one.
Most of them likely were about how pointless it all was here.
I expect all my future final posts to echo the same sentiment, up to the last and definitive one.

That said, what else can a web forum be, other than pointless?

And we wlll, hobbs. But I actually think your last act on CFC will be to like somebody else's post.

I wonder if we'll still be a leftie echo-chamber when I cash in my chips. Didn't the politics of this place used to be considerably more conservative? If so, could swing back 'round again.

I find it hard to believe that CFC was even centrist at one point. Still, it is somewhat more moderate than just a few years back.

EDIT: To answer the question, I'd probably just post the 'Offended' page from Encyclopedia Dramatica. Give something back to the internet that reflects all it's given me. :)

I see, then it probably means that my last post will be full of spelling errors, rules and fractions, and tripping the auto center. The edit feature is the only reason why I'm still around

Gentlemen, I'd say through our efforts we added an intellectual heft to the Internet that was previously missing.
Mine might be yet again reminding the guys here that women are also present. (and that might actually be my last smiley)

I would probably not say "So long and thanks for all the fish" because it's TrekBBS that sometimes goes off into pages and pages of fish puns. When asked why, the participants shrug and say, "For the halibut."

Actually, it would probably be something related to NaNoWriMo and how I still need to get more words down, write certain scenes, explore the life of some new character...

I think I would tell some people how I feel about them. For good and bad.

But I would try to leave with something positive said.

Telling people off as a last act on Earth is kinda sad and really negative, so I wouldn't want to do that.

Taking CFC out of the equation, I'd prefer my last act to be cuddling my cat and telling her I love her.

I figured Gori's would be a limerick. I like Tenneson's Ulysses.

It may be that the gulfs will wash us down:
It may be we shall touch the Happy Isles,
And see the great Achilles, whom we knew.
Tho' much is taken, much abides; and tho'
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

What leads you to believe I don't write every post like that.

but yeah probably three to seven paragraphs of tenuous theorising about, i dunno, flags or whatever.
