To bring you up to date: Byzantium is in a state of civil war. The Caliphate has called for a UN-sanctioned military coalition to defeat the usurper which currently includes the Caliphate, the loyalist Byzantine régime, Britain, Carthage, the Brotherhood, the Horn of Africa (?), and the Droopy Empire.

i did state who im attacking and where i'm attacking. i rolled 6 virtual dice and posted the results.

in short the borders have not changed, i still have the Balkan areas and Bulgaria to liberate.

reports from the Byzantine Intelligence agency indicate e that the rouge army has one nuclear weapon in Belgrade, their capital Byzantine forces have scrambled to organize to take Serbia... tomorrow, im too tired right now.

if anyone else wants to invade Serbia go ahead, but they control at least one nuclear weapon. supposed to be fairly large.

i agree. i do not own Libya or southern Russia.

i give away Libya to Carthage and i recommend Venice to do that as well and im turning over South Russia to the caliphate.

Carthage has dispatched a Nuclear Emergency Response Team which we have trained for this kind of crisis. They are skilled at radiation cleanup having had years of training with the Carthaginian nuclear weapons program.

the Byzantine Republic thanks you, and speeded your team to Ankara. there it is joined by the existing Byzantine Nuclear cleanup teams.

once the radiation ahs cleaned up we will search for survivors. if there are any... Ankara has 12 million people and it was specially designed as a backup capital.

The Brotherhood of Steel has arrived in the scene. In the event of any kind of Nuclear or radiation bombs exploding by the enemy. The Brotherhood is distributing advanced radiation suits to the coalition. The Brotherhood has power armor that essentially negates any form of radiation. Any interested parties can contact the Brotherhood for power armor training and T-45b power armor sets.

Last Will and Testament of the Empire of Carthage

1. The Empire of Carthage will now cease to exist. Citizens of Carthage will magically transform into loyal citizens of its successor states without any adverse side-effects.
2. Carthage will not rise again in any shape or form, nor as a separatist movement. It is assumed the transition from Carthaginian rule is completely smooth and uneventful.

Of the current Carthaginian territories:
3. Scandinavia and Canada will be inherited by the United Kingdom.
4. Mexico and the Caribbean will be inherited by that pink country I've forgotten the name of.
5. All Atlantic islands and West Africa will be inherited by the Brotherhood of Steel.
6. Corsica will be inherited by the Republic of Venice.
7. The western part of Germany and Switzerland will be inherited by that orange blob in Eastern Europe.
8. Tunisia and Libya, including the capital Tunis, will be inherited by the Byzantine Republic.
9. The remainder of the territories, including Iberia, Morocco, Algeria, France, and the Low Countries, as well as all Russian possessions, will be inherited by the Caliphate.
10. The Carthagistani nuclear arsenal (25000 warheads, maximum yield 80Mt) will also be inherited as follows: 40% Caliphate, 20% Brotherhood of Steel, 20% United Kingdom, 10% Venice, 10% South America. None will be given to the Byzantines due to the civil war.
11. The rest of the military equipments and gold reserve will be divided among the successor states proportional to the territories they were given.
12. The fate of the terrorist/supervillain organization First Shadow and their leader Jean-Paul Merniot will now rest with Thorvald of Lym. He will now control all their movements, involvement or lack thereof in world events.
13. The ruler of Carthage does not rule out rejoining the game as leader of another fictional political entity in the future.


The Empire of Carthage has now been dissolved.

2. Russian territories - inherited by the Caliphate

4. Tunisia and Libya - inherited by the United Kingdom, to compensate for Anatolia

If reports of Venetian behaviour during the Byzantine Civil War are to be believed, the state is guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity on a staggering scale. The army's behaviour in Athens specifically suggests Venetian armed forces acted with genocidal intent against Byzantine soldiers and civilians alike.

The most serious allegations require further investigation, especially to determine if the Venetian government was complicit. Nevertheless, the Caliphate believes there is sufficient evidence that Venice violated multiple sections of the Geneva Conventions, and calls for the immediate imposition of universal trade sanctions.
