well i don't know why the USA is letting them go free, but im stopping it. anyone in possession of cigarettes without a receipt or other proof of purchase will be sent to 6 months in jail. the recipts that are forged will double the time in jail. we have a special way of telling if it is.

meanwhile the citizens who do smoke has begun rationing their cigarette supply, and obviously, prices for that rose considerably.

What other options are there? Venus and Mercury are WAY too close to the sun, Pluto is WAY too far, and the rest are gaseous.

Byzantium, which was preparing for this has claimed a group of 7 star systems 2000 light years away. (note: the star systems claimed doesn't exist in the real world, but it does now for the purposes of this game.) we cannot colonize the area just yet.

the proper name is the Byzantine Star Republic. it actually is one of the versions of my nation. separate from the others that is.

There has to be a plural there somewhere. If your country is unitary, then it should be the Byzantine Stars Republic, since you're not colonizing just one star. If your country is federal, then perhaps the Byzantine Star Republics may be more accurate.

i usually shortened it to the Byzantine Republic.

anyway the space version of the Byzantine Republic was a little on the powerful side. 14 billion people in 8 planets, 35,000 ships, and they can create a death star. it takes a lot longer than 20 years to make though.
