I'd like to add an official claim for the CSA to get Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. No one wants them, and it'd help give me a few more large cities. They historically were not part of the CSA, but the USA has turned them down, so I'd like to take them.

As for plasma weapons, I vote for whichever limits to mostly modern technology.

I'll go support my ally the USA in their bid for Panama, and remain neutral in all other issues.

EDIT: One small thing. Omega and I had agreed to use the Proclamation Line of 1763 as our border, but with it changed so I'd get Atlanta. The map shows his land extending all the way to Tennessee. THE ISSUE OF GIBRALTAR

I vote NO for the Pope's claims. It's been standard for years to recognize Antarctica as no man's land. We have scientists living there, and so do most countries, empires or not. Plus, we're Protestant
