3) I'm pretty sure Bobbtjoe said he was going to open a IOT OT thread today, if so, please, if you get into any OT conversations, please continue them in that thread. It will help by not clogging up this thread, plus you can continue whatever you were arguing about, it's a win win.

Sorry I'm late, I picked up Civ again and lost track of time. But nonetheless, a new War GM must be decided on!
Once again, your duties will include, handing out of casus belli's, calculation's of battles, and general discipline. You will also get access to the group where you will help develop this game to it's full potential.
Now, I guess the easiest way to go about this is: I'm think of a number between one and ten, the person who guesses the number closest to it gets to be the war GM. Go!
That's still being decided on, since we're not sure what exactly you would be "GMing".

No. You guys don't need multiple threads for this game. Someone in the other thread suggested that you all simply cease the meaningless banter, which would fix the 200 posts a day problem. Plus, there's such thing as IM, chatrooms, etc. Currently, I'm seeing a second thread more of a problem for this game, then a benefit, as it appears some of your own players agree with it.
