We do not threaten your goodwill. What we do is threaten England. Should they not leave Cherbourg, something that you agree with us on, we shall aid the French against the English. Were the same situation happening with the Spanish, or Germans, we would do the same to communist France.

While we will continue calls for England to remove itself from fascist occupied France, we remind you that entry into a war by the German Army that is a civil war will only lead to a widening of that war not the end of it. The German government must realise that its current polcies only threaten the stability of the world not strenghten it. We remind you that the fascist regime you prop up with your illegal funding is not a recognised government by majority of the world's powers and thus the USER is not required to acknowldge any such thing as its proposed sovereign status when the People's Republic clearly holds claim to all of France. However unlike yourself we are willing to allow the French Civil War to run its course. We do not recognise the fascist controlled northern regions of France as being a soverign entity so your arguments are moot. However we do support the English withdrawl from the French Civil War, English troops we agree have no place in Cherborg. We also remind you that by the Austrian government's threats against England, the USER-AHY pact is threatned merely due to the International Committern Pact of which England is a ratified member.

In the end we must protest your extreme wish to support a muderous fascist regime with the intent of enslaving all of France. Who else but the fascists started this war with their vile assaination program? Free France is far but free but gives a simple masqurade and lip service to democracy. The People's Republic of France on the otherhand is a revolution of the masses and they stand shoulder to shoulder with each other, and all other socialist/communist nations in their attempt to end the tyranny of the north.

You have excused us of funding the Free France? You just got over pushing the Greeks down for accusing you of funding the communist rebellion there. Your accusations have no basis just as the Greek actions according to you had no basis. What hypocrisy! We will not enter the French civil war but remove the English from it to prevent the war from widening as you say. We are letting diplomacy run its course but if it fails we have to go to another resort. A years time is plenty of time for the English government to withdraw from France. If you have a better suggestion to remove the English from Cherbourg should they refuse then by all means go ahead. We are open to suggestions but your constant attacks on our government are not all productive to the situtation.

The German government has taken steps that are peaceful yet in protest to the English invasion in France. As of now we have joined a large embargo against England and said if they do not withdraw within a years time we will have to take different measures assuming England went as a rogue state. This is a diplomatic failure and will be treated as such.

Also, we understand you believe that communism/socialism is the best ideology for the world and that the Fascists are much worse. We must point out that communism and fascism are frighteningly similar but that is beside the point. The Free French are a democracy and we believe they will stay the course towards democracy allowing their people to decide the policies their government should implement.

Your attacks on the nations of Europe for following a different course will not continue without reprecussions. You are nothing but a propogranda spewing, aggressive power seeking to unite the world under one ideology even though there are people out there who oppose this. Germans stand united in the name of freedom of choice, market and speech. These three things are essential to the success of our nation and so many others.

A battle of ideologies will come into play if you continue to spew this from your diplomatic house. Whether the battle of ideologies actually takes place on a battlefield or through the voices of people it will come. The Germans will stand strong in the face of this battle and we will fight to the end.

Are you threatning war against the Soviet state? We do not aim for this. We even in principle support the partition of France into the Fascist occupied North and the Peoples Republic. But this will not come to pass if we bicker amongst ourselves. We reiterate we do not support the English incursion into the north of France. We never have and never will, but a Anglo-German War resulting from it would cause a World War and this is something worth preventing is it not? Once the English have withdrawn we should look towards ways of preventing the French Civil War from widening and perhaps even end it with current borders being the best course of action. If we do not work towards the peace that the Soviet and German peoples both lust for we will surely face the war we both dread. This drive for peace will not come for free however. The communist ideology wether or not you like it is the ideology of the Soviet State. We follow the teachings of Marx and Mussolini in our strive for a perfect society. Our people elect their representatives to government, unlike some nations I could name including Germany. While your economy is free, it is free to opress the proletariat for the capitalist minority. While we obviously will never agree on this basis we do not see the need for conflict because of it. We thus ask you to keep the Dutch government in line before they do something that will cause the destruction of this peace we hold so dear to our bossoms.

We remind you that the USER does not support the English incursion into mainland France and has joined the world in asking for its immediate withdrawal. We will however draw the line at any military intervention against England by the Axis. This would be a direct attack against a Committern nation and thus would activate this alliance. This is what we wish to avoid at all costs. To embargo us for trying to keep the peace would be hypocritical nothing short of insanity.
