OOC: Frankly most insults flying around here are rather absurd. Especially ones about "fascism" (I am not even sure that this term would be used, as the first fascist state was USA, so Fascism would probably be called Unionism here, and in any case, I rather doubt the term in question - whatever it might be - would be widely considered a derisive one). Claims that we "aren't France" (well ofcourse we aren't, we're a French GOVERNMENT!) are little better, really, while AHY's rhetoric in general seems highly anachronistic (as for the embargo, your diplo makes little sense - yes, sure you do have a reason to continue the embargo - but why first claim that you do it due to English "genocide", and then say that).
Part of the problem is that there's a border in France on the map. IMHO it really shouldn't be there, as both governments claim authority over the entire France. The border creates an illusion of France having already been partitioned, like Korea BEFORE the Korean War, whereas the situation is far more similar to the OTL Russian one. Would one place a political border in the middle of Russia 1919 (although the situation there, admittedly, was even more confusing, with hundreds of diverse factions running around and causing trouble)? Spain 1936?
