1: The borders of all the nations involved shall be reset to as before, thusly with the islands awarded to USCA by the Treaty of Havana shall be re-ceded to the USCA

2: The lifting of all blockades in the region where this war happened

3: The help of the stronger nations in the rebuilding of the economy of those INVOLVED in the war who'se economy took a hit.

4: A 2 year NAP to be signed by all involved in the matter

5: All the nations involved may collect the bodies of their lost and bring them home for a proper burial, and in the French case, the families may choose which country they want the body in.

6: All War-Crimes are pardoned

7: Reperations shall be discussed individually​

As the Atlantic Alliance is apparently dissolving, Ireland formally withdraws from this defunct alliance. As of the date of this declaration, Ireland's only international affiliation is the Commitern.
 
Offical Announcement of the Soviet Government

The Supreme Council of Rome this morning voted a motion applauding the peace agreement with the USCA and the end of war in the Americas. Futhermore we applaud the current decline of the imperialist Atlantic Alliance.

To promote a more egalitarian regime for the beaty of the revolution the Soviet Communist Party has voted to adopt a new constition. To honour the momentous occasion the Euar-African Socialist Republic is renamed the Union of Soviet Equal Republics. The USER as it will be known will continue in the spirit of the revolution and the Supreme Leader, Chairman Mussolini of the Supreme Soviet will continue to lead our glorious nation to its destiny.

Sheep, why do you insist on using the word "Soviet" instead of "socialist"? The word "Soviet" (btw, its actually spelled more like Sovet in Russian) in this world would probably smell of reaction under Nicholas I (see "State Council", called "Gossovet" in Russian). Not to mention that I do recall EQ clearly saying that its "socialist", not "Soviet". A bit annoying, to be honest.
 
I say Soviet because thats a word. Under the constitution Soviet Councils meet to work out local planning. Up a heirachy. They are all Socialist and Communist and whatever else still.
 
we could find the word in Italian, but that's unimportant. So I believe England is Socialist now? The commitern alliance will be updated and the Atlantic Alliance will be disbanded. remember Update is in two days.

With the growing strength of the Commitern and the growth of communist influence around the world, we Russians have noted a disturbing build up of strength amongst global society's communist groups. The threat to global stability and trade which is communism is a power infiltrating many portions of the world's society. Therefore we propose an alliance of trade and mutual defense against the growing communist threat. This Anti-Commitern Axis would secure our safety and help us prepare for a possible communist onslaught. The Commitern dominates Africa, and is obviously actively supporting the communist French (where did those 300 tanks come from, we wonder, when the French had no tanks in their pre-civil war army), and with the growing evidence of so-called "Soviet" intentions we would be wise to ally ourselves. We await your responses.

We would love to welcome you into the Committern, however you would need to be socialist or at least left leaning. Until such a time occurs however the USER would like to sign a bilateral treaty with Spain to ensure feels safe and in the knowldge that the Committern does not wish for war. We also propose that every Committern nation offers Spain the same thing.

We shall decline your invitation, for it has been in our recent experience that alliances do little good if they are are simply against or for an ideology, and since we have been so devestated we don't want to be dragged into a world war so soon.

But if you were to help rebuild our economy, maybe we could be concinced to change our minds
