Sent 100 Cavalry up north to raid and steal from any settlements they come across, then come back as fast as possible, have as little fighting as they can while still stealing money/supplies/etc.
 
WHAT IS A WATCHER? Watchers are known for their potential for destruction and firepower, but what are they exactly? To tell the truth little is known about who they are or their origin. Some believe they are aliens, others believe they are humans from another continent. All that is assured is that the war for the planet likely began on the other continents. Hundreds of years ago, this continent traded with the others, but suddenly the trade stopped, any ship, new or old, which went looking for the wealth of other continents simply disappeared. The Watchers themselves are never seen outside of their body armor, which renders them nearly invulnerable to small arms fire. What they are is unlikely to be determined until the day that one could be captured intact after a battle.

AMURE CITY UNIVERSITY FACULTY PROTECTORATE
-University Cavalry occupy oil derrick. The local crew seems to have survived and prospered. Viewing the larger country’s wealth has convinced them to join the University’s growing power. (+2 Population)
-University Cavalry occupy second oil derrick without any events of note.
-University Cavalry attack first city along the coast but are met with resistance. Local gangs put up a harsh fight, put ultimately the University emerged victorious. The fighting has attracted the notice of the Watchers. (-50 Cavalry, +5% Watcher Threat)
-University Cavalry easily occupy second city along the coast. While scavenging the city’s gas stations a large supply of oil is found. (+3 Oil)

DEFENSE INSTITUTE INCORPORATED
-DII Cavalry investigate nearby mine, securing it for their employers without note.
-DII Cavalry move into a nearby ruined city, finding a large number of people who have emerged from the ruins to join the war effort against the Watchers. (+4 Population)

EMPIRE OF NED
-Scouts of the Empire of Ned met borders with the Golden Horde this year, as they moved towards the Golden Halls. No incident was reported.

RAPTURE
-Rapture forces occupy first mine along the coast, however are met with disaster. A massive cave collapse took place, utterly destroying the mine beyond repair. A large number of troops and workers were caught inside at the event. The Watchers have taken note. (-50 Militia, -2 Population, +5% Watcher Threat)
-Rapture forces occupy the second mine along the coast. They are fortunate to discover a large supply of oil within the depths of the mine. (+1 Oil)
-Rapture forces occupy the final mine along the coast, meeting territory with the New Church. The occupation goes on without note.

SWAS
-SWAS forces move into the city on the northern tip of their island, however they meet some light resistance. Though the gangs were easily removed the fighting was noted by the Watchers. (+5% Watcher Threat)
-SWAS forces move into the mine in the center of the island. They were fortunate enough to find a large supply of oil within the depths of the mine. (+1 Oil)

THE BROTHERHOOD OF DARKNESS
-The Brotherhood’s military moved into the ruined city to their north, but found a hostile gang occupying it. The struggle was brief and the gangs were soon brought to heel. The fighting may have attracted some unwelcome attention to the Brotherhood. (+5% Watcher Threat)
-The Brotherhood moved into a oil derrick to their southeast with no major incident.

THE GOLDEN HORDE
-The Golden Horde’s raiding parties have established control over a city to their east. Within the city they were able to seize an abundance of tradable materials. (+1 EP)
-The Golden Horde’s raids to the north met with little note but were successful in establish control over another ruined city.

THE LEGIONS
-The Legions move to secure the northernmost city on their island but are met with ferocious battle. Local gangs assemble to drive them back. Heavy fighting ultimately results in a victory for The Legions, but the strong has not been unnoticed by the Watchers. (-50 Militia, +5% Watcher Threat)
-The Legions move to secure the southernmost city on their island. They are fortunate to discover a large amount of tradable goods within the ruins. (+3 EP)
-The Legions have secured control of their island, a feat which has note gone unnoticed (+10% Watcher threat)
WATCHERS STRIKE: The Watchers have attacked The Legions. Viewing their successes in establishing control over the island, the Watchers have launched an attack with infantry forces to eliminate local presence in the northern ruined city. The attack was successful and local defenders were quickly destroyed. (Watcher Threat Reset, -100 Militia)

THE NATION
-Nation troops occupy southwestern mine. They are fortunate enough to discover a large stockpile of oil within the depths of the mine. (+3 Oil)
-Nation troops occupied the other, but were unfortunate enough to have triggered a collapse of the cave. Though the debris were cleared, a large number of men lost their lives and the Watchers’ have taken note of the cloud of dust put into the air. (-50 Militia, +5% Watcher Threat)
-The Nation has secured control of its entire island. While the local citizens appreciate this feat, the Watchers do not. (+10% Watcher Threat)

THE NEW CHURCH
-A New Marketplace is constructed in The City on a Hill, bringing in valuable new wealth and trade from surrounding mines.
-A mine to the south is occupied by Church troops. Within the mine is a large supply of oil containers stockpiled there for an unknown reason. (+3 Oil)
-A mine further south is occupied by Church troops. Within the mine is a large supply of already harvested minerals as well as other valuable trade goods. (+4 EP)
-A mine to the north has been occupied by Church troops. Like in the mine to the south, a large stockpile of oil has been discovered. (+1 Oil)

THE SUPREME COURT’S JURISDICTION
-The Court’s military seized control of a mine to the northeast. They were fortunate to discover a stockpile of emergency oil within the depths of the mine. (+1 Oil)

WATCHER’S REFUGE
-Sat around and did nothing.

YAHKMAN GROUP FOR SURVIVAL AND PROSPERITY
-In a vicious battle against the Reavers, Yahkman military forces have managed to wrest control of the town away from the bandits. The victory was hardfought, leaving many dead in its wake, and the fighting could be heard for miles around. The Watchers have taken note of the fighting. (-100 Irregulars, -100 Militia, +5% Watcher Threat)
