This. It's really pissing me off, and I don't understand why I'm not permitted to go above 70x70 and 4 KB. Cleared cache too, so that can't be the problem.

According to what I get when I check its properties, it's 22x22. It looks about the right size for a nice favicon, but it's pretty tiny for an avatar.
