You make it so hard for me to find an Ally! I can't figure out which group I should join, as being nuetral means being destroyed...
May all the major alliances send 1 PM to me if they wish me to be in their alliance secretly or not by sunday morning. I will choose then... Currently I was going to go Communist to become a Military Communist Dictatorship, but lets see what you guys come up. I don't think people want to have Nigeria in their group, but like a Phillipe of France once said 'I hire them in order to deprive them from the enemy, but not for them to fight'

I believe you are an associate member, and India is included in the first posts of the Comintern thread.
In other news... 8/24 orders in, 8/23 if Flavius Aetius doesn't show up. I think this is the biggest NES I've run, but I'm up for the challenge.

The Arabian Umma has brought up the old idea of a Dar al-Islam Technology Fund, and after consideration of the expanding size of the Chicago Pact, we believe that such an institution should be established. We will be willing to connect this fund to Comintern developments via Indonesia, and we will send all of our tech developments to Indonesia so long as Indonesia will send all Comintern tech developments to us.
If this is agreeable:
Morocco will contribute 1 ASP per turn to the Islamic Fund for genetics.
Islamic Courts Union will contribute 1 ASP per turn to the Islamic Fund for explosives.
Sudan will contribute 1 ASP per turn to the Islamic Fund for aeronautics.
Pakistan will contribute 1 ASP per turn to the Islamic Fund for robotics.
The Arabian Umma has agreed to contribute 1 ASP this turn to the Islamic Fund for equipment.

Why would you want to be allied with us? We're on the other side of the world, and have already told our Comintern allies that we can commit no troops to Asia. We do not have the ability to help or harm you country.
EDIT: Also, I'd like to point out that bestrfcplayer's world cup social group is not dead, even with China's recent war declaration. The World Cup could have significant game effects if put together correctly.
