Alright, I'll try to set this up on Wednesday.
In the mean time I need you guys to do the following:
1. Those who are in the spoiler below need to finish their sign up posts.
2. Since there is too much space on the map, please set up NPC Nations. These nations shouldn't have a history with or any connection to your nation, whatsoever.I'll decide how the NPCs act, not you. You can tell me how the NPC will work, but they can't be your allies. Remember: the NPCs should be set up exactly like player nations. I'd prefer you put them in the following areas: South America, Africa, the Middle Ease, and Oceania.

Connie rushes into office in Eagle's Landing, Siberia "The Cybermen have completely taken over Central America, kicked us out of Space, were left with this ice ball in Siberia".
"Nova Terra is at death's doorstep Imperitrix" Admrial Orlock responds in a sad disappointing tone.
"Which is why we must hurry" Connie said as she pushes a bust of Mussolini and pushing a button underneath it. Causing one of the bookshelves to open up. Admiral Orlock stands in surprise just as Connie enters a secret elevator. She then turns around and beckons the Admiral "Admrial, I beg you. Please. Admiral Orlock then follows Connie into the secret elevator. The bookshelves then closes as the Admrial close the elevator gates.
Admrial Orlock examines the elevator cab then turns to Connie "What is this? Some kind of escape route?"
"No Admrial" Connie answers "Twelve months ago, I had Dr. Edward Richthofen in charge of a top secret project".
Admiral Orlock stands stoic "Whatever it is, It's too late".
"With respect Admiral" Connie responds shooting a rouse smile towards him "you are wrong" Then the elevator makes a sudden stop at the bottom floor and gestures to the Admiral to the elevator gates "Please". Orlock then slides open the door leading into a secret chamber that he was not well aware of. "For you see old friend, Time is on our side". Then Connie gestures to the Admiral on the top secret project she has been working on. Orlock stood at awe as he sees the chamber, along with a few remaining members of her cabinet standing by the machine, awating to board. The duo walk up to Dr. Edward Richthofen and Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown.
Dr. Emmett Brown notices Connie and quickly approaches her "No no no no! It isn't ready! It hasn't even been tested! We don't even know if it works!"
"What works?" Admrial Orlock inquires
"My. Time machine!" Doc Brown answers with an enthusiastic tone.
"Prepare these coordinates" Connie said as she hands Doc Brown a folder
Doc Brown then looks over the contents of the folder "No, Please. Please!"
"NOW!!!" Connie angerly scolds the Doctor as she proceeds to the time machine.
Doc Brown, looking frazzled looks over the coardinates "Ma'am" then proceeds to intercept Connie and her Cabinet from entering the time machine trying to explain the consequence of time travel and inter-IOT travel. The enter party then reaches to the entrance of the time machine and Doc Brown makes a futile effort to stop the group.
"Get in!" Connie commanded
"Alright" said Doc Brown as he reluctantly enters the machine.
Admiral Orlock takes one look at Morrigan's butt as she enters in, then turns to Connie "You can't be serious?"
"Come, Admiral, a new chance awaits us. We can rebuild what the Cybermen have destroyed" Connie said as she smiles. Then enters into the machine. Then beckons the Admiral to enter in "Come". The Admiral hesitantly enters the time machine. Then Dr. Richthofen enters into the machine and locks the door behind him.
Connie, then approaches Dr. Emmett Brown "Tell me, why are you telling me 'no' on the use of the time machine. I know it has not yet been tested".
Doc Brown, then looks into Connie's eyes "We do know know what would happen if we time travel".
Dr. Richthofen then enters the passenger bay "There are many unknowns that can happen if we time travel back into the past. We could end up landing in another Imperium Offtopicum game for all we know".
Connie then angerly looks at Dr. Richthofen "With the Cybermen out to delete us. It's the only chance we have, it's the only hand we can play right now! It's do or die!"
"I say we go through with it, I don't like the idea of being forcefully turned into a cyber....succubus" Morrigan nervously said as she takes a seat.
"I never expected this Doc Brown" Ardus Kaine said as he observe his surroundings in his seat "I was expecting more of a DeLorean Time Machine, not the inside of a TARDIS".
Doc Brown then gives Kaine a stern look "Try stuffing an entire Nova Terran cabinet into a small sports car" then he turns his attention to Connie "Now there is some unknowns you should know about, we don't exactly know where we would land. We could end up landing in America, Europe, Australia, or Thorvald's Helmet".
"It better not be in Tani's stomach" General Cassandra Moore, angerly shouted from her seat.
"Well, worse comes to worse, we end up on NinjaCow's hair" Dennis Crocker said as he shrugs his shoulders.
Doc Brown then dons on his goggles and looks at the group after typing in the coordinates. Connie then gives a confirming nod to the doctor. Then presses the button to activate the time machine. The entire machine is then shocked by the tesla coil towers, wrapping it around a band of electricity. Then the entire machine disapears in a flash of lighting, just as the Cybermen bust through the blast doors.

There he notices a few tappings of old Nova Terra, including the Nationalist Eagle (Actually, the Capitol Logo used in the Hunger Games) on one of the flags where the German Eagle should be. Heil dir im Siegerkranz can be heard faintly coming from the office windows. Dr. Emmett Brown soon follows the Admiral, as well as the rest of Connie's Cabinet. Admiral Orlock then touches the statue of William I. Then he shakes his head in disbelief "I do not understand".
"We have altered the past and the changed the present" Doc Brown explains to both Connie and Orlock.
Connie then looks around the room "Nothing much has changed. Except the flags..." touches the Prussian Reich flag "and sculptures" then touches the statue of William I.
Morrigan then lets her curiosity head to the doors to the throne room "Huh, where do these lead to?" Then she opens up the doors to the kaiserin throne room "Oh my divines! It's a magnificent throne room!" then she rubs her chin "I thought Nova Terra was a Single-Party Fascist Republic, not a Monarchy".
"And were not in Nova Terra eather Morri" Connie said as she enters the throne room holding the map of the known world "Apparently we've landed in Prussia. Königsberg to be exact". Then Connie walks up to her thrown and dons on her circlet "I can confidently say that our enemies have been sent into oblivion. We no longer have to worry about the Cybermen ruining my empire!"
Doc Brown then approaches Connie "I'm afraid there's, a bit of a.....complexity in us going back in time".
"Oh" Connie said as turns to Doc Brown "explain".
"You see" Doc Brown starts to give a lecture to Connie's cabinet "When we traveled back in time, we've altered the Space-Time-Offtopic-Imperium Continuim. This is what would happen when we go back in time. We've ended up in a different Imperium Offtopicum game!"
"So, what explains all of this?" Connie asks as she gestures to the throne room.
"Perhaps I can explain" A mysterious voice rang from the other end of the throne room. Then he enters into the light.
"Morgan Freeman?" Everyone shouted
Morgan Freeman then starts to tell the story "Let me tell you a little about the Prussian Reich. The Prussian Riech came about under the leadership of one woman, named Connie Marshall. She took up inspiration from the old literature she found while visiting Earth during one of her travels many years ago. However her responsibilities lie elsewhere and went back to space. During the time, something known to Offtopicum Players as the Event. An unexplained apocalypse causing the destruction of civilization.
Connie then returned to Earth, only to find civilization in tattered ruins with people living in ruined buildings. She decided to take it upon herself to raise up the Prussian Reich in the lands where Prussia once stood. She organized bands of survivors and taught them the way of warfare, using books from the old world like Sun-Tzu and Carl von Calusewitz. She raised the Prussian Army from a band of mercenaries to a professional standing military. She gathered up and recruited people to help rebuild Prussia into it's former glory. Even establishing a functioning government that eventually evolved into a Monarchical government, initially by the council of earls.
One day, the council of earls held a Moot to crown the new Kaiser of Prussia. Acknowledging Connie's efforts in rebuilding Prussia into it's former glory as well as her strengths. Crowned her Kaiserin of the Prussian Reich. That my friends" then he Gestures to Connie "Is why Connie is the Kaiserin in this Imperium Offtopicum Game".
"Wow, that's pretty cool" Morrigan said as she stood in amazement at Freeman's story.
"Just one more thing Morgan Freeman" Admiral Orlock asks "How come every time something convoluted needs explaining, You show up!".
"Because every time I show up and explain something, I earn a freckle" Freeman answers as a light appears on his cheek, making another freckle.

Wollongong should be an aggressive trading empire that takes insults way too seriously. Also Wollongong (the city) should be the jewel of the world.
Just a GM pro-tip: make sure your players are stronger than NPCs. It's a good idea, trust me.
