Great update, Sonereal. It was a fun read.
One note: Anfisa is a female name, so the CCC leader's last name would be Petrova.
Also, in the stats all countries have same configuration of military capability: 1 army, 1 air force, 1 intelligence. Even those that have literally no pilots and equipment. An error?
EDIT: Another suspicious issue with the stats. Literally all countries have the same level of Cult of Personality support (4).
EDIT2: The bug fest continues. The Murmansk Treaty between the Arctic Accord and the Technocratic Monarchy of Scandivika has established that Skandivika lowers trade and administrative restrictions on the Arctic businesses in its territory. However, the stats still say 25% trade restrictions for the Arctic Accord in Scandivika. (This one actually could be your error in updating the stats and not a macro fail.)
But my form of government doesn't even have a single personality to be the object of such cult. I have 15 Assessors that get elected annually. So, in a way, being an Arctic Assessor means having a shorter "fame span" than an average pop star would enjoy.I'm not Sone, but I'm pretty sure the Cult of Personality is working as intended (as they are meant to represent extreme loyalists to the government).
Also I really, really hate to be a pain but the interest rates look identical to last turn's.
