And yes it does look like this could get very bloody.

The key here is to buy their friendship. If I remember correctly, the Japs already have a beef with the Aztecs because they denounced them, so you have something to play with there.

If Oda's not lying about being friendly you should be able to pay him to go to war reasonably cheaply. Possibly denounce a couple of civs he's denounced to get further on his good side. Between the close borders, previous war, denouncement and different ideologies I doubt he likes Monty that much.

Yeah, I might could get him to help, but I'm just afraid of all the damage that would happen and all the innocent lives that would be lost if they got into a war again.

The Aztecs proceeded to attack the city of Ningbo, with missile artillery fire and aerial bombardment.

With an Aztec armor division closing in on the west, the Americans sent a helicopter gunship that devastated it's numbers.

But this did not last long.The Aztecs quickly realized what was wreaking this havoc on their tanks, and shot it down.

The US tried to turn the tide by convincing the small nation of Belgrade to join in the war.

Remembering the terrible effects of nuclear warfare in the Siamese and French wars, the US was determined not to use nuclear weapons against the Aztecs unless absolutely neccassary.But nevertheless, just in case it came down to that, they loaded a nuclear missile onto a nuclear sub, and sent it as an escort for the American reinforcements headed to the war.

The American population watched sadly, as American troops, so recently back home from fighting France, now journeyed even further away to fight the new Aztec menace.

The Aztecs then proceeded to demonstrate that they would show no restraint in this war, and dropped an atomic bomb on the city of Seattle.

The Aztecs also began invading Belgrade.

The American high command ordered a complete retreat from Ningbo.Shortly thereafter, the city was completely overrun by the Aztec army.

The Aztecs also dropped another atomic bomb on the city of Baoding.

After this atomic explosion, Baoding was severely damaged and many American civillians, and soldiers, had lost their lives.

At this point, things looked bleak for the surviving Americans on the eastern continent.

The Aztecs had seemingly closed in from every side, and their army had not taken too many losses.

It also looked like Belgrade stood no chance against the mighty Aztecs.And the US was still uncertain of the fate of some government workers that were still in Aztec territory, hoping that somehow they would avoid capture.

The US was not sure how this war was going to proceed.The American high command considered that using a nuclear missile to wipe out the Aztec army might have to be done.

The US also considered asking Japan for assistance.Japan was already on bad terms with the Aztecs.But such a war would leave countless people dead, as the two nations would likely once again engage in nuclear war.

It seems like it's becoming more and more necessary to engage in nuclear war with the Aztecs. At this point, it's your only chance at a victory. Otherwise, they'll just keep on dropping those bombs...

You need Japan's assistance ASAP.

Wait for the "war agreement" to expire, give them a massive nuclear reponse and then see what they are willing to offer for peace.

Alright, it came pretty late, but here it is finally!

In the wake of the Aztecs devastating offensive into American territory, they followed up their success with another nuclear weapon, only this time it was a missile.

The world stood by in silence, in shock that the Aztecs would continue to use such terrible tatics, that left countless civillians dead.

The Aztecs then overran the city of Baoding, and continued their attack against Belgrade.

And the Aztecs also captured the American workers that were attempting to escape right outside the Aztec border.

With their war effort in shambles, the US finally turned to the Japanese, hoping they would come to American aid.When the US asked the Japanese to join the war, the Japanese flat out refused, perhaps still angry that the US would not help them in a war against the Chinese remnants.

Although some in the US government considered this an unorthodox diplomatic move, the US finally decided to bribe Japan to join the war.

The Aztecs then proceeded to drop another atomic bomb on Seattle.

The Aztecs also finally defeated Belgrade.

The Aztecs then turned their attention to Seattle, the last American city on the continent, approaching it with tons of missile artillery and a mechanized infantry division.Nearly certain of the city's fall, the US high command issued an order for the government workers in the area to leave the continent.

Shortly thereafter, the city was captured.

Apparently now satisfied that the US had no more territory on their continent, the Aztecs offered a peace treaty.

The US government refused and demanded that the Aztecs return Seattle to American control or face "dire consequences".When the Aztec government refused, the US suspended all negotiations for a peace settlement.


Amidst this terrible war, even Communist Siam was appalled at how the Aztecs were carrying out this war, and denounced their actions.

The Songhai nation later joined in denouncing the Aztecs as well.

Although the Aztecs sneered at the United States' threat of "dire consequences', the threat was not an empty one.The US had gathered an army for a counter-attack, that was crossing the ocean, along with a submarine carrying a nuclear missile.

When finally fully prepared, the invasion force moved into position for the retaking of Seattle.

The Aztecs evidently did not expect the US to counter-attack so soon, as Seattle was left mostly undefended.However, it did not take long after the attack began for a sizable Aztec army to arrive on the scene.

Although suffering some losses, the American army soundly defeated the Aztec force and recaptured Seattle.

The US now had a foothold to continue their attack on their former territory, and a nuclear missile waiting to knock out an entire Aztec army if possible.

Although weary of so many wars, America's resolve to stand against evil was strong.Nevertheless, the Aztecs remained a powerful foe, and victory was still a long ways off.
