History : The group of men were migrating from a far away, from the desert like barren lands of central Asia. they were looking for a land where they could settle down with their families, grow a rich harvest of crops and lead a peaceful life. The leader of the group, Jana, came across a blind prophet who said that they should settle down where the two great rivers meet. Upon asking for directions, they were told to follow the mighty Ganges, which they did. After several years of roaming across jungles, plains, hill and platues, they have finally reached where they were destined to be. though several complained about the dense jungles around them, they quickly realized the jungle was a boon for them, for it provided them good food when foraged.

You sure you got this game in the right section? This looks more like a NES than an IOT.

What's an NES?

Spoiler :
lIM36.png

nation color: Red
nation name: The Roman Empire
description: that will come soon.

This is IOT.

Games where often, the ruleset requires 8 posts to go over. They're usually far more complex than IOTs (on average at least).

then I&B R is NES.

Shallow-water Navies
Irrigation
Colonists
Sustainable Farming
Deep-water Navies
Medicine
Ecology
Electricity
Air Forces
Arctic Navies

What this techs do?

then I&B R is NES.

Err, no. I&BR just has a lots of nice charts and the game itself is simple. Notice that in I&BR, terrain has no effect outside combat, population is (more) abstract, there are mechanic differences in where you start, there isn't food and water, and there isn't three different maps.

Though, at least this is a well thought-out NES.

Well, if the game is good, i dont care if it is IOT or NES.

Well, I don't know if this would qualify as an NES. The rules are really 2 posts, it justs looks more organized split up (and, I can edit if needed).
Questions and updates soon.

This certainly feels like an IOT to me. NESs are much more open to player (and GM) direction on how the game flows. IOT’s have more structure that govern how you expand, etc.
