No, completely different.

I was banned from Joecoolyo's IOT (I purposely didn't call it IOT V) because of popular soverignty, that's it. It had nothing to do with breaking the rules.

In IOT II I lost and started fresh, that's a different issue.

As I said, when attacked I will defend myself. If you will have the courtesy to attack me in PM, I will respond in kind, but I'm not gonna defend myself from everyone in PM individually.

If you guys stop spamming the thread, so will it.

So When exactly do you plan on launching this? As I'm going camping next week, after then after that I'll be gone for 4 weeks on various vacations? Just so I get an idea.

Well,as I said before, I think it could do with a few more provinces. The African provinces might be industrial scale, but they are gigantic!

Yes, please size down those African provinces, and maybe Saudi Arabia, too, and even Siberia (I have no idea how someone could claim that Eastern Siberian province using the points system ).

Actually, you know what, scratch the PMing, I think I'll just allow them back now, considering that both of them haven't been up to any mischief and have taken this very maturely.
